Exploring Life & Business with Hector Sanchez of H & S Bagels on Nashville Voyager

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hector Sanchez. Hi Hector, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today? I started working in 7th grade at a Kosher deli. When I was 16 my boss, Kenny Butensky, bought a bagel store that was a part of the franchise Bagel Nosh in Fort Lee, NJ. There I learned how to bake bagels, that made me interested in learning how to roll them.
